In 2017, cu o toamna frumoasa, calda, fara prea multe precipitatii, o parte a strugurilor de Tamaioasa Romaneasca din Via Tiberie s-a copt sanatos pana la stafidire partiala, acumuland astfel o concentratie de 290 g de zahar pe litru. Fermentarea s-a oprit la un zahar rezidual de 140 g, rezultand un lichior intens parfumat, cu arome de trandafiri, fructe uscate si miere, care umplu nasul si gura. Concentratia ridicata de zahar este bine integrata prin aciditatea proaspata, asigurand un postgust intens si lung.
